We can all use a really great part of jeans — great fit, great stretch and some good length options. The Rock & Republic line at Kohl’s has become my serious go to in the jeans department. I’m reviewing three lengths here: full-length jeans, crop jeans and shorts. This post contains affiliate links.
So I love Kohl’s — love playing the Kohl’s game with the coupon codes and Kohl’s cash, both for kids’ clothes and mine, but something I haven’t bought a ton from there is jeans/denim. I knew Rock & Republic had a line at Kohl’s, but it’s not really been on my radar. But then I stumbled across online reviews of people raving — I mean raving — about how incredible these Rock & Republic jeggings were and I definitely had to try them. And because Kohl’s is like Pringles, I can’t stop at just one, I grabbed a few other pieces to try as well! Now I have never worn the non-Kohl’s Rock & Republic jeans, so this is a comparison to the more low to mid-priced denim I typically wear. I’ve included my video review as well, so whether you’d like watch or read, I’ve got you covered! 🙂
Style note: In the bottom focus shots, I’m wearing the Z Supply Coopie Pocket Tee from my first Stitch Fix review you can see here. I’ve linked to the shoes I’m wearing at the very bottom of the post.
Rock & Republic Fever Denim Rx Pull-on Jeggings
So these are the jeggings that got the ball rolling on my ordering the Rock & Republic line. And I have to say that they were absolutely as great as people were saying in their reviews. They are buttery soft and feel amazing on, but still keep their shape all day with no stretching out. They have almost a cross hatch to the denim, which gives them more of a premium vibe.
Fit: True to size, I have on a 12 which I typically wear. They were sold out of the longs, so these are regular and more of an ankle pant (I’m 5’9), but I’m still happy with the length since we’re going into spring. The rise is pretty high and comes up right under my belly button.
Wash: Available in five denim washes (I’m wearing “On the Mend”) Also available in white and camo.
Price: $88 regular price, but as any seasoned Kohl’s shopper knows, that’s nowhere near the price you could end up paying. I got these for $37 once they went on sale and I played the Kohl’s game by double stacking coupons, so don’t let the price scare you away!
Bottom Line: Worth every penny. Find them here. (Update: I just bought the wine color too and they are amazing!)
Rock and Republic Fever Pull-on Crop Skinny Jeans
Fit: These are pretty much the pull-on jeggings from above, just cropped! Same great feel to the denim and size 12 was perfect and the rise was right at my belly button. I also liked that these were cropped vs. a capri and didn’t cut into the widest part of my calf.
Wash: Two denim washes (I’m wearing Tried and True in the lifestyle shot and And Plus Too in the close up ). Also available in white.
Price: $60 regular price, but they go on sale a lot and you can stack coupons.
Bottom Line: Yep! I own them in both denim washes and if I didn’t have two little kids, I’d definitely consider the white. Get them here.
Rock & Republic Kimber Side Slit Jean Shorts
Fit: I had hoped to be as wowed by these as the jeggings, but the fit is much different. I felt like these were more of a curvy cut ~ tighter at the waist with a little more room in the hip, which doesn’t match my shape the best. So the waistband is structured with a button fly and it does dig in just a bit. That being said, they are very stretchy still and I love the length. I have a hard time finding shorts that aren’t MTV Spring Break or a 1950’s camp counselor style and this length is ideal for me.
Wash: One denim wash, Turning Heads, which I’m wearing. Also available in Black.
Price: Regular price $54, but like the rest of the line, they go on sale a lot and you can use coupons.
Bottom Line: I’m on the fence about keeping these, but luckily Kohl’s doesn’t have a time limit on returns, so plenty of time to think it through. Find them here.

More ways to get the look:
I HAVE to find these. I’ve been on a hunt for good jeans, crops, etc since The Limited closed (and let’s be honest, I put on weight…) so I can’t wait to go try these on! 🙂
They are seriously amazing … I’m wearing them right now. And they’re very forgiving! If I see any good coupon stacking codes, I’ll send them your way!
Loved your video! You look great! I am going to look for these at kohls!! I think I am going to love them too! Thanks!!
Aww, thank you so much!! Awesome, I’d love to know what you think! I think I’m going to need a second wash in the jeggings, so I’ll probably see you at Kohl’s!
I got my cropped jeans today and … I LOVE THEM!!!
I am so thankful for your video!! I would probably not have ever found them otherwise!! I am going to order another in the tried and true wash!!
Yay!! So glad to hear it!! I did get those two Kohl’s codes to work when I ordered more jeggings yesterday and it’s good until Sunday. If you need help stacking them, let me know!
I do agree with all the ideas you’ve presented in your post. They’re very convincing and will definitely work. Still, the posts are too short for starters. Could you please extend them a little from next time? Thanks for the post.
